We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 4-8 working days of your Account order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.

RoboSteel will need full address and contact details so that your order arrives with you on time and in excellent condition! Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you wish to return your order within 7 days, please return in its original packaging to the address below RoboSteel, 41 Parkview, Rathborne, Ashtown, Dublin 15, Ireland. We suggest returning with a proof of posting. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in error, RoboSteel will refund or exchange once received. RoboSteel is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. While the sculpture pictures are very close representation, every sculpture is individual and variations in actual goods may occur. RoboSteel can also make delivery overseas, charges do vary please contact us with any questions. RoboSteel will notify you as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and when approximately it should arrive. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, depending on the type of sculpture, you may be given the option to place a back order. Please contact us to arrange the production of the sculpture and delivery schedule. A 50% payment is required to secure a back order, with delivery within 6-8 weeks. At the time of placing your back order you will be quoted a delivery date, and if this date is not met you will be given the option of a refund. Once the goods have arrived in our stock, prior to dispatch, you will be contacted for the remaining 50% of the payment.

The default currency is euro (€). Payment may be made via PayPal and major credit and debit cards, through the website. You may also phone or fax through an order and pay via Visa, MasterCard, Laser, Maestro. RoboSteel will also accept Western Union and bank transfers as payment methods. Alternatively post your order and a cheque made payable to RoboSteel, and posted to the address on the contacts page Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract. The purchaser is responsible for payment of local taxes, import duties, tariffs, VAT, GST or other destination fees, these charges vary from country to country.

CLAIMS
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

All of the Products on the RoboSteel website are handmade and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date.
